CRIMINAL LITIGATION

Tracy has tried all types of criminal cases such as death penalty cases, driving under the influence cases, manslaughter cases, assault, sexual offenses, etc.  He is a highly effective litigator who is dedicated to helping his clients in the most dire of circumstances.  Both Tracy and Marie have worked through the Ohio Public Defender's Office providing services to indigent clients for both Pike County, Ohio and Adams County, Ohio.  They are very interested in preserving the rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution to all citizens.
