Robert Tracy Hoover - Attorney; Graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University in 1985, and Magna Cum Laude from Capital University Law School in 1988. He is licensed in the state courts of Ohio and Kentucky, and in the federal courts of the Southern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Kentucky. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Scioto County Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (OACDL), American Trial Lawyers' Assocation (ATLA) and also serves as a member of the Scioto County Corrections Planning Board. Tracy also teaches Criminal Law as an adjunct professor at Shawnee State University. Tracy is best known as an aggressive litigator. Tracy's areas of practice include Civil and Criminal Litigation, Civil Rights Law, Personal Injury, Domestic Law and Bankruptcy Law.
Marie Moraleja Hoover - Attorney; Graduated from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio in 1991, and from Ohio State University College of Law in 1994. She is licensed in the state courts of Ohio and Kentucky, and in the federal courts of the Southern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Kentucky. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Scioto County Bar Association, and the Pike County Bar Association. Additionally, she is the Law Director for the City of Waverly and an adjunct professor at Shawnee State University where she teaches Business Law and Real Estate Law. Marie's areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Domestic Law, Bankruptcy Law, Medical Malpractice, Probate Law and Personal Injury. Marie has been working with the Hoover Law Group since 1993.
Delores J. Hall - Office Manager; Delores obtained a certificate in Legal Assisting from Capital University Law School in 1987 and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services from Shawnee State University in 1994. She was previously employed wth Martin-Marietta Energy Systems. Delores has been with the Hoover Law Group since 1990.
Bernice Roe - Legal Secretary & Receptionist; Graduated from West Union High School. Former Assistant Manager of Piece Goods shop with 14 years experience in payroll and office managment. Bernice has worked her entire life interacting with and helping the public. Bernice has been working with the Hoover Law Group since August 2003.
Wendy Fannin - Law Clerk; Graduated from Marshall University with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and from Shawnee State University as Outstanding Legal Assisting Graduate of 2002. She holds an Associates of Applied Business in Legal Assisting and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences. She is presently pursuing her Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron Law School. Wendy has been with the Hoover Law Group since 2001.
John Swords - Law Clerk; Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Capital University in 2003. In 2003, was named a Cross Examination Debate Association Collegiate All-American. He is a third year law student presently attending the Ohio State University-Michael Moritz College of Law. John has been with the Hoover Law Group since 1997.
